Naoise

Founder & Director

Naoise is the founder of Glam Gals Beauty Salon and Glam Gals Academy and has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry.

Her passion has always been creating a space where clients feel comfortable, welcomed and truly looked after. From the moment Glam Gals opened, her goal was to build a salon that felt inclusive, relaxed and friendly — a place where every client feels part of the Glam Gals family.

Naoise takes great pride in the professional products and skincare ranges used in the salon. She believes strongly in working only with brands that genuinely deliver results and values the strong professional relationships she has built with the companies she partners with. Her priority has always been to bring the very best treatments and products to her clients.

Alongside running the salon, Naoise is also the Director of Georgina Price College of Beauty, where she continues to share her knowledge and experience with students completing their professional beauty qualifications.

For Naoise, the most rewarding part of the industry has always been the relationships she builds with both clients and students, many of whom have been with her for years and have become lifelong friends.

 

Michelle

Salon Manager & Tutor

Michelle has been part of the Glam Gals journey from the very beginning. She joined Naoise when Glam Gals Beauty Salon opened in 2017, becoming an integral part of the team and playing a key role in the growth of both the salon and the training academy.

As Salon Manager and Naoise’s trusted right-hand, Michelle brings experience, organisation and a genuine passion for the beauty industry to everything she does. Her dedication to the salon, the team and the clients has made her a cornerstone of the Glam Gals family.

Over the years, Michelle has continued to grow within the business, developing her skills not only as a therapist but also as an educator. She is now a tutor within Georgina Price College of Beauty, helping guide students through their professional training and sharing the same passion and industry knowledge she brings to the salon every day.

Michelle has a particular love for skincare and is trained in both Environ and Dermalogica. Her favourite treatments are facials, where her focus is always on creating a deeply relaxing experience for clients. As Michelle says, her goal is to make every client feel like the world has stopped while they are in her hands. Her treatments often include beautiful massage elements such as hand and scalp massages while masks work their magic.

Michelle is now highly respected both in the salon and in the classroom. She loves sharing her knowledge with students and helping them grow in confidence as they begin their own careers in the beauty industry.

Outside of work, Michelle brings warmth, humour and glamour wherever she goes. Her personality lights up the salon, and she is such a valued part of the Glam Gals family.

Naoise often says Michelle has been by her side since the very beginning of Glam Gals, and that the business simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her.

Sephine 

Head Tutor & Aesthetics Technician

Sephine is our Head Tutor at Georgina Price College of Beauty and has recently joined the salon team as our aesthetician, bringing her advanced skin knowledge and expertise directly to our clients.

Through the merger of Glam Gals Academy and Georgina Price College of Beauty, Sephine now leads our training programmes, guiding students through their ITEC qualifications from Level 2 right up to Level 5. Her passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge is truly inspiring, and she loves helping students grow in confidence as they begin their careers in the beauty industry.

In the salon, Sephine specialises in advanced skin treatments including Dermaplaning, micro-needling and professional skin peels. She is particularly passionate about Dermalogica and loves using the ProPen for her micro-needling treatments, combining results-driven techniques with her extensive teaching knowledge to deliver exceptional treatments.

Sephine is always excited to bring the same high-level techniques she teaches in the classroom to her clients in the treatment room, ensuring every treatment is both results-driven and expertly delivered.

Outside of work, Sephine is such a wonderful person to have around. She is cheerful, supportive and a fantastic friend to the whole team. From the moment she applied for the tutor role, I knew she would be an incredible addition to the Glam Gals family, and she has continued to go from strength to strength ever since.

 

Tara

Senior Therapist

Tara has been part of the Glam Gals family for many years. She first joined us as a nail technician after completing all of her nail training here with Naoise in the Glam Gals Academy. Tara loved the experience so much that she decided to continue her journey in beauty by completing our very own ITEC Beauty Specialist course.

During her training, we quickly realised Tara’s passion went far beyond nails. Her love for all things beauty continued to grow, and today she is one of our leading therapists, excelling in treatments from facials, waxing, tan to brows.

Tara still has a special love for nails and enjoys creating beautiful sets for every occasion — from weddings and birthdays to a little self-care treat on someone’s day off.

Outside of the salon, Tara is very family-driven and is known for being such a smiley, chatty person to be around. Her warm personality brings great energy to the salon and truly makes the days fly by.
